No Pain No Gain

I want to thank everyone for their support on the absurdity of my diet change and, given all your responses, plan to pursue it further with my humans. In case you're wondering how the exercise regiment is going .... ... well...

we're all too exhausted to write much about it.

And we can't turn the blog over to the humans to write, as we don't think they've started theirs yet.

You must have worked out very hard to be this tired. Well done. We think it is now time for a snack.

we're always hearing people say "it's the thought that counts". we bet that applies to excercise too.

Wow sorry about your food issues Sky. I haven't been keeping up with your blog for awhile, so I'll have to catch up. My Mom started exercising too... but fortunately she does it outside the house so I'm not expected to participate.

Momma calls them exercise machines, coat racks.

Excuse me, I have to exercise my way to the kitchen.

The beans didn't dare exercise - they'd haf to disturb the cats, an that's just rude.
